Landscape Maintenance Division
This group of IPC professionals is primarily involved in upgrading and maintaining resort properties. As there are always ways to improve the aesthetics of a property, IPC continually employs their experience in methods of pruning for definition, finding ways to maximize the impact of flowers, and in various design and renovation techniques.
IPC Landscape Maintenance contracts generally specify for property enhancement, upgrading and improvement. Of course, landscape and plants fair much better with consistent, tender loving care and IPC encourages and nurtures long-term working relationships that allow for the maximum benefit to the landscape environment, the client and Island Plant Company.
Installation Division
Island Plant Company also designs, installs, and maintains landscapes for new residences, primarily in the Wailea, Kaanapali, and Kapalua areas. This division is known for excellence and draws upon the experience they have earned through many successfully completed and in-progress projects.
The IPC installation manager and supervisors are especially knowledgeable, and excel in project management and client relations. They play a key role in continuing to achieve the company's goal of attracting and retaining satisfied clients.
